Xothist contributed a new track to the SVN OKKLT 2CS compilation released by, and available from Fallen Empire. The vinyl edition of the self titled CS suffered a few setbacks at the plant, but will be available soon from Fallen Empire as well. I personally oversaw the cutting of this record. It's commitment to vinyl turned out beautifully.

For those who do not know, the label's production "ceased indefinitely" on December 4th of last year. I simply cannot commit the time that it needs to operate as it should at this time. The online store is open for the time being to sell off remaining distro items from the last update and my email address is still operational. For those of you in Denver, I have much available from the likes of Kuunpalvelus, Jartecknet, Terratur Possessions, Nordisk Klub etc etc.

"Fucking RIPPING demo from this brand new group from Denver, Colorado. Man, this is so killer... it has that raw, undistorted guitar sound of bands like Formaldehyde Junkies and Absurdo from Spain, but the vocals are total Negative FX / 86 Mentality-style rage. The music is very raw and punk, and would almost be garage rock if it weren't for the vocals, but they push this over the edge into being totally intense and awesome. So killer... definitely one of the best demos I've heard in AGES."-ssr

The Hijdra live destruction ritual has been postponed due to certain circumstances making the location inaccessible. We will be scouting new subterranean locations in the coming months. This will happen. The events on the 17th of May will be marked again and again. Thanks to Nazi Dust and Volcanic Slut for making their way out and providing the circumstances necessary for the best sets yet by both Ego Complex and Negative Degree. The limited local release of the Negative Degree Demo sold out immediately. The professional dubbed release of this tape has been sent off for and will be available in the coming weeks.

Last night witnessed the first live Polyurethane performance; a disgusting display of blown out industrial noise punk by Denver's finest, as well as a haunting set by Jacob DeRaadt of Ego Complex's Sterile Garden. Upcoming releases by both will be available soon along with various distro items including the split 7" by the UK's SUMP and Denmark's Sexdrome. I will keep you posted on the coming dates. Kill something you love.
